Make-Up Studio Translucent Powder Extra Fine is a loose, finely milled, transparent finishing powder designed to:

  • Fix / set makeup — helps lock in foundation, concealer, or other cream products so they last longer.

  • Mattify the skin / control shine for a natural matte or soft-matte finish.

  • Offer a silky, lightweight texture that is imperceptible on the skin (i.e. “you don’t feel this powder at all”)

It is also marketed as being suitable for the “baking” technique, especially under the eyes or on high-point areas, to heighten radiance and improve the staying power of makeup

Some additional features:

  • It comes in Banana  to better suit different skin tones.

  • The product is often sold in a 35 g size version for loose powder format.

  • The formula includes ingredients such as talc, polymethyl methacrylate, silica, and others, with possible additions of mica or colorants in certain shades.

⚠️ How It Works / “Baking” Feature

  • Baking: The powder is well suited for baking — you can apply a generous layer of it under areas like the eyes or cheekbones, let it “sit” (typically ~10 minutes), and then brush off the excess. This helps lock the makeup, prevent creasing, and subtly highlight those areas.

  • It prevents the face from becoming shiny over time, helping your makeup look fresh for longer.

  •  How to Use

    1. Setting makeup
Use the powder after you’ve applied foundation / concealer / cream products. It locks them in so they last longer without shifting or creasing.

    2. Mattifying
Apply especially to the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) to reduce shine and oil build-up throughout the day.

    3. Baking (optional technique)

      • Apply a generous amount to specific areas you want more setting or brightening (e.g. under eyes, cheekbones).

      • Let it sit (“bake”) for ~10 minutes.

      • Then brush off the excess. This gives extra staying power and helps prevent creasing.

    4. Highlighting subtly / enhancing radiant areas
Although it’s translucent (so no strong colour), you can use it to lightly brighten eyes, high points of cheeks, etc., without changing the undertone.

    5. Touch-ups
During the day, when skin tends to get oily or makeup starts fading / creasing, a small dusting of the powder can refresh the look.

    🌟 Key Benefits

    • Long-wear / fixation: Keeps foundation, concealer, etc., in place for many hours; prevents smudging, fading, or creasing.

    • Matte & shine control: Absorbs excess oil, especially in oily or combination skin, giving a velvety matte or natural-matte finish.

    • Silky, soft texture: Because it’s extra fine, when applied properly it doesn’t feel heavy, cakey, or obvious on the skin; blends well and gives skin a smooth touch.

    • Blurring of fine lines / pores: The finely milled particles help diffuse light, reducing the appearance of pores, uneven texture, fine lines.

    • Natural finish: It doesn’t change much (or at all) of your skin tone, especially if you use the correct variant; invisible when done well.

    • Prevents creasing under eyes: Helps to stop concealer from settling into wrinkles or fine lines under eyes.

    • Better performance in humid / hot environments: Helps makeup hold up under sweat/heat, because it absorbs moisture/shine.
